Angie BurgBaking has been part of my life for as long as I can remember — from learning my mom’s “round-and-round rolls” to carrying on family traditions like lefse, Swedish rye, and cinnamon rolls. Flower Dog was inspired by my two dogs, Daisy and Rosie, whose love and loyalty remind me that comfort is best when shared — just like a warm loaf from the oven. Most of my breads are adapted from our family cookbook, and each one is made with the same spirit of connection and care that’s been passed down for generations.
